Purchased my Line-Us back in August - I’ve used it a handful of times but the pivot point on the arm has broken. Looking at the forum posts this problem seems to be ongoing for the last 3 years! I need to send it back to be fixed under warranty but so far I’ve had no reply to my email sent last week requesting the same.
