Constant movement without commands

Hi

The machine is moving back and fore about an inch, several times, then pauses and repeats after a few seconds. I can connect and send a command, which works, but it reverts to the movement again. I’ve tried a factory reset, changed the wifi, changed the power supply. Have unfollowed any category. Light is constant blue. I hadn’t used it for a month or two; previously worked OK.

Telnet works OK. Is there a way to upgrade the firmware? or another type of reset?

Exactly the same thing happens to me, I have changed the power source, reset it to the factory and I cannot even enter the set up mode.

Please help us
