The machine is moving back and fore about an inch, several times, then pauses and repeats after a few seconds.
It seems like it is constantly rebooting, I have changed the power source.
And it does not connect to the app or to the wifi.
I can’t get into setup mode.
If I hold the button for several seconds the red light stays fixed but I can’t link to the app, not even OFF LINE.
Please help me It has always worked perfectly for me and today I stop doing it.
