Delivered with Arm broken - looking for support


last month the line-us was delivered to us here in Milan, Italy. We find it a really interesting object and we are very excited to use it, unfortunately it arrived with a broken arm and not usable (mmh cannot share photo?).

How can you help us with that? I would welcome options that would not involve shipping it back (e.g. advice on how to fix ourselves, or sending of a spare part, …) since I imagine they will incur in higher costs both for you and for us (customs upon delivery were 32.50€ on our side).

I did not receive answers by mail, so asking here in the forum, hopefully someone can give me pointers.
