How do I get a refund?

I’ve tried all the things listed in the help forum that I could find, but my line-us won’t work. The program just says the following:


After several unsuccessful attempts to get a response from the help email address, I am posting here. How do I get a refund?

The modem says line-us is connected but the line-us app does not show the device connected.


It looks like you’re running on a PC, is that right? The App is looking for the Line-us in setup mode - you’ve probably tried exiting the Line-us App already and restarting but if not please give that a try. Otherwise could you let me know which router you’re using, and version of Windows and which AV you have. You can DM me the details if you’d not prefer to post publicly.
