2020-07-14 13:40 London Time Currently the Line-us Cloud issue :: NOW RESOLVED
This is due to a database connectivity problem at our hosting provider. They are currently working to resolve the problem and we will update this page when the problem is resolved.
2019-11-01 Issues with firmware update :: NOW RESOLVED
From the server logs it looks like some users may have been having problems with firmware update to their Line-us machines. It looks like this was related to a server update, which we’ve now rolled back. Firmware updates should be working properly now, but if anyone is still having problems please create a new topic or email us at help@line-us.com
