Hi Line-us team.
I’ve only had my line-us for a few days and all was fine until today. I loaded a drawing from a shared sketchbook and it seemed to draw it fine. I left my desk for a second and when I came back the arm was wedged up against the body of the machine.
I restarted the machine but now when I turn it back on again the arm doesn’t fold out, and it flashes sometimes red, sometimes blue. The arm moves quite randomly and pressing the button to try and get it to connect to a device and it’ll just bounce back to slowly flashing blue again. I’ve tried factory resetting it but it won’t flash quickly red as per instructions.
