This is ridiculous

I’ve owned my Line-Us machine for about 6 months now and have not once been able to connect to it with a windows PC. I’ve scoured every support post on this forum trying to diagnose the problem to no avail (For reference: Line-us will not connect to Windows 10 computer (Solid Blue)). I’ve seen people with Line-Us glance past my problems 6 months on and it’s frustrating when even my emails aren’t even being answered.

If I’m going to be ignored I would much prefer just to get a refund.
